Morphological 3D images of both coherent and incoherent materials in the fields of Earth, natural, chemical and cultural heritage sciences. Semi-quantitative analysis via EDS detector on different samples: mineralogical, forensic and cultural heritage analysis. Possibility to carry out photos and analysis in low vacuum conditions. Monochromatic images in cathodoluminescence.
